How to host a Telegram bot for free on BotifyHost
Last updated: 8 November 2026
BotifyHost runs your Telegram bot 24/7 on our servers, so it keeps answering even when your computer is off. Hosting is free: it is paid for by ads, and you add hosting time ("runtime") by watching a short ad in our Android app.
What you need
- A free BotifyHost account (email or Google sign-in).
- A Telegram bot token from @BotFather. See how to get a bot token.
- Optional: your own Python bot code. If you have none, start with our ready-made template.
Create your bot in 6 steps
- Sign up on the website or in the app and verify your email with the 6-digit code.
- Open Create Bot.
- Choose the platform (Telegram) and language (Python).
- Choose the source: the starter Template, or a public GitHub repository with your own code.
- Paste your bot token and press Verify. We check it with Telegram and make sure no other BotifyHost account already uses it.
- Pick a server (region) with free slots and press Deploy.
Deployment usually takes under a minute. When the status shows Running, open your
bot in Telegram and send /start.
